State Road 20 runs along the top of Choctawhatchee Bay and beyond. As you travel along here you see pine forests where some of the trees have been removed. I love the way the single trees in the field look just standing there as if they have beaten the odds some how and stand strong and proud. Blah, blah, blah… they make interesting exercises in showing perspective. This one is very colorful. I was experimenting with sky color and clouds. One day, I plan on doing this image in muted earth tones – maybe.
