  • I have one piece in this Pop-up art show in conjunction with this production of Almost Maine. Come and enjoy a play while surrounded by beautiful art!

December 5, 2015, 10am- 3pm, Art in the Park, Freeport Art League, Freeport Florida

  • Event Cancelled…I will be participating in this event. Joan Vienot and I will be sharing a booth. We both do local landscape paintings. Mine are studio work. Joan does fabulous plein air works. Please come by. The event is being held at townhall.

November 14, 2015 – Art Sale, Walton County, Coastal Branch Library, 10a-4p.

  • “A Land Remembered”, by Patrick Smith, This is the book I chose for my painting. I read this book years ago and just could not put it down. I hope some of you will be able to make to the art sale at the library. 50% of the proceeds from the sale of art will go to the library.

July 1, 2015 – July 31, 2015 – Featured Artist Show – Freeport Town Hall.

  • I was chosen by the Freeport Art League to be the first featured artists in the Art In Public Places project. The City of Freeport is in partnership with the Freeport Art League showing local artists works in the public buildings.

April 25, 2015 – Pig Roast, Art Show and Tour of Home with street dance.

  • Fund raiser: A pig roast, art show, tour of home and street dance will be held from 4-8 p.m. April 25 at 676 Circle Drive in DeFuniak Springs to benefit the Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood. Tickets are $25, additional $10 ticket for art and tour of home, and are available at City Hall and Walton Area Chamber of Commerce. Raffle for Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood Dollhouse $3/one or $5/two. Call 892-3191.

January 1, 2015 – Dec 31, 2015 – A+Art Committee Chair

  • I am currently serving as the Chair of the A+Art Committee of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, FL. This committee is a group of volunteers that coordinate public space art shows for CAA members. The group started with 4 shows per year in 1 location. 2016 we have planned 10 shows in 4 locations. It is very rewarding to work with artists and put on these events. However, it is much more work than you would anticipate. I am learning how to delegate!!
